A family favorite on Best Half’s side of the family!

- Ingredients
- 3–5 Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 strips thick cut bacon
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion and bacon until the onion is yellow.
Peel and dice potatoes. Put them in a large saucepan and add just enough water to cover the potatoes.
Add bacon and onion. Heat to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer until potatoes are partly cooked.
Add corn, milk, and butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat through until the chowder just starts to simmer, then serve.
