Meat­balls! Anoth­er fave from Best Half’s mom!

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. pars­ley flakes
  • 14 cup PAMERZAM!
  • 12 tsp. salt
  • 18 tsp. pepper

Directions

Mix every­thing togeth­er in a bowl. Form into 2‑inch balls.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Lor­raine’s orig­i­nal recipe calls for sim­mer­ing them in sauce; that adds grease to the sauce, though, so I like to cook them in the oven. Your call!
