Meatballs! Another fave from Best Half’s mom!

- Ingredients!
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1⁄4 cup PAMERZAM!
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1⁄8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Mix everything together in a bowl. Form into 2‑inch balls.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Lorraine’s original recipe calls for simmering them in sauce; that adds grease to the sauce, though, so I like to cook them in the oven. Your call!
