Corn Meal Muffins

If you don’t love corn muffins or corn­bread, your black, twist­ed heart and greasy, ran­cid soul are so evil Dr. Evil him­self would give you a thumbs down.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 1 egg
  • 14 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp. sug­ar
  • 12 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. bak­ing pow­der
  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup but­ter­milk

Pre­heat oven to 350°.

Beat togeth­er eggs and oil.

Add sug­ar, salt and bak­ing pow­der.

Add but­ter­milk and mix well.

Stir in flour and corn meal. Mix well.

Fill muf­fin cups 23 full and bake and 350° for 20–25 min­utes.
