Texas Roadhouse Honey Butter

When you eat at Texas Road­house, you’re already half-stuffed on rolls when your entree shows up; this but­ter is why.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 1 stick salt­ed but­ter, soft­ened (not microwaved!)
  • 14 cup pow­dered sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp. hon­ey
  • 34 tsp. cin­na­mon

No nukes!

Don’t microwave the but­ter! You’re want­i­ng to whip some air into it, which won’t work if it’s melt­ed. Just put it some­place warm, or at least room tem­per­a­ture, to soft­en it.

Mix all ingre­di­ents with an elec­tric mix­er until it’s creamy and smooth. An elec­tric hand mix­er works okay; if you have a whisk attach­ment that works even better.
