BBQ Turkey Joes

First you’re killing us all on Thanks­giv­ing, and now this?

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 1 12 lb. shred­ded roast turkey
  • 18 oz. bot­tle BBQ sauce
  • 6 burg­er buns, split
  • 1 12 lb. (3 cups) deli coleslaw

Heat turkey and BBQ sauce in large skil­let, stir­ring occa­sion­al­ly, 10–15 minutes.

Spoon 34 cup into each bun and top with 2 tbsp. coleslaw.

Serve with extra coleslaw, pota­to chips and pickles.
