Mo Better Fries

For­get French Fries or Free­dom Fries and try Mo Bet­ter Fries!

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 2 tsp. gar­lic pow­der
  • 1.5 tsp. each: 
    • Cumin pow­der
    • Corian­der pow­der
    • Kosher salt
    • Black pep­per

Put your fresh hot fries in a paper bag and toss ’em with Mo Bet­ter.

You can also toss your uncooked fries with Mo Bet­ter and a splash of olive oil, then bake ’em or grill ’em or hell; cook ’em with a flamethrow­er.

Or put it in an emp­ty spice bot­tle with a shak­er top and (duh) shake it on your fries.

Master of Fries

You don’t have to use this only with fries! Use it for coun­try break­fast spuds or hash browns or baked pota­toes or some­thing that ain’t pota­toes at all!
