  • Ingre­di­en­tés:
  • 1⁄2 cup chili powder
  • 1⁄4 cup onion powder
  • 1⁄8 cup ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. gar­lic powder
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. sea salt
  • 1 jar (your door might be ajar, but don’t try to put sea­son­ing in your door. Get a real jar.)

Put ingre­di­ents into the jar and shake.

Shake ’em again when­ev­er you use some!

To replace a store-bought enve­lope of sea­son­ing, use about 2 tbsp. of sea­son­ing and 3⁄4 cup of water per pound of meat.
