This is the quintessential “Nobody eats just one” recipe: Be careful you don’t end up spending all your money just to make more.
- Ingredients:
- 20 large pitted dates
- 10 slices of thick-cut bacon
- Bamboo knotted cocktail picks
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cut each slice of bacon in half. Roll a date up in each bacon slice and put a cocktail pick through each roll.
Put the bacon date rolls on a cooling rack or broiler rack so they won’t be sitting in a puddle of grease.
Bake at 350° for 30–35 minutes.
Bacon Like a BOSS!
You saved the bacon fat, didn’t you? Don’t tell me you didn’t save it! Don’t you know bacon fat is liquid gold?
