Forget French Fries or Freedom Fries and try Mo Better Fries!
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp. each:
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
Put your fresh hot fries in a paper bag and toss ’em with Mo Better.
You can also toss your uncooked fries with Mo Better and a splash of olive oil, then bake ’em or grill ’em or hell; cook ’em with a flamethrower.
Or put it in an empty spice bottle with a shaker top and (duh) shake it on your fries.

You don’t have to use this only with fries! Use it for country breakfast spuds or hash browns or baked potatoes or something that ain’t potatoes at all!
