Murder Victim Enchiladas

You’ll straight up mur­der these enchi­ladas! Try to wait till they cool off a lit­tle, though.

  • ¡Los Ingre­di­entes!
  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup all-pur­pose flour
  • 2 cups chick­en broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can chopped green chiles
  • 12 cup Canola oil
  • 1 chick­en, cooked and deboned
  • 1 medi­um onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shred­ded cheese
  • 12 tor­tillas
  • Options:
    • Corn tor­tillas
    • Flour tor­tillas

Pre­heat oven to 400°.

¡El Salsa!

Com­bine but­ter, flour and broth. Cook over medi­um heat until thick. Add chiles and sour cream.

About Those Options:

  1. If you’re using corn tor­tillas, soft­en them in hot oil.
  2. If you’re using flour tor­tillas, don’t.

¡El Enchiladas!

Fill the tor­tillas with chick­en, onion and cheese.

Roll tor­tillas and place in 13” x 9” bak­ing dishes.

Pour ¡El Sal­sa! over the tor­tillas and top with some more cheese.

Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
