Wasabi Butter

I would warn you not to rub your butt with wasabi, but it’s a self-cor­rect­ing problem.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 12 cup but­ter, softened
  • 1 table­spoon chopped green onion (green part only)
  • 1 12 tea­spoons pre­pared wasabi
  • 14 tea­spoon soy sauce

In a small bowl, whisk all ingre­di­ents together.

Roll the wasabi but­ter in plas­tic wrap and refrig­er­ate until it’s firm enough to slice.

Refrig­er­ate up to 1 week, or freeze up to 3 months.
