Baked Chicken Poupon

Nice chicken–FOR ME TO POOP ON!

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 4 tbsp. Grey Poupon dijon mus­tard
  • 2 tbsp. water or oil
  • 1 tsp. gar­lic pow­der
  • 12 tsp. Ital­ian sea­son­ing
  • 4 bone­less skin­less chick­en breast halves

Pre­heat oven to 375°.

Mix mus­tard, oil, gar­lic, and sea­son­ing in large bowl or plas­tic bag.

Add chick­en and toss to coat.

Bake at 375° for 20 min­utes or until done.

Makes 4 serv­ings.
