Bacon Cheddar Muffins

Putting a cat in this muf­fin is not rec­om­mend­ed.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 23 cups milk
  • 14 cup veg­etable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shred­ded ched­dar cheese
  • 8 bacon strips, cooked and crum­bled

In a bowl, com­bine Bisquick, milk, oil, and egg. Mix until just moist­ened. Fold in cheese and bacon. Fill greased muf­fin cups ¾ full.

Bake at 375° for 20 min­utes. Cool for 10 min­utes, then turn out on wire rack. Refrig­er­ate left­overs.

Makes about 12.
