4‑Bean Salad

No, not those beans.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 14-oz. can of green beans
  • 14-oz. can of white wax beans
  • 14-oz. can of gar­ban­zo beans
  • 14-oz. can of kid­ney beans
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 12 cup vinegar
  • 14 cup olive oil

Open the cans of beans and dump them into a colan­der to drain.

Chop up the bell pep­per; fine­ly chop the onion.

Put every­thing in a cov­ered con­tain­er. Turn it over a few times and shake until every­thing’s com­bined. Refrig­er­ate overnight before serving.
