Not that kind of zest.
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 1 lb. smoked sausage
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 14 1/2‑oz. cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4.5 sliced mushrooms
- 1 small yellow onion
Cook egg noodles in salted water.
Lightly brown sausage in 2 tsp. oil in a skillet. Drain.
Stir in diced tomatoes, garlic, onion, and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, stirring ocassionally.
Add noodles. Heat through.
