I would warn you not to rub your butt with wasabi, but it’s a self-correcting problem.
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion (green part only)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons prepared wasabi
- 1⁄4 teaspoon soy sauce
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
Roll the wasabi butter in plastic wrap and refrigerate until it’s firm enough to slice.
Refrigerate up to 1 week, or freeze up to 3 months.
