Thanksgiving Leftovers Casserole

This is so good I occasionally make it from scratch without waiting for leftovers!

  • Ingredients:
  • Stuffing
  • Turkey
  • Veggies
  • Gravy
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Butter

Preheat oven to 350°.

Snag an 8×8 or 9×13 casserole dish, depending on how much stuff you have left over, and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.

Spread the stuffing out on the bottom.

Roughly chop or tear your turkey and layer it on top the stuffing.

Cover the turkey with whatever veggies you have: green beans, corn, broccoli, etc.

Pour gravy over the layered veggies, turkey and stuffing.

Top it all off with mashed potatoes; spread it out like frosting.

Dot the spuds with butter and bake at 350° for about an hour, or until the mashed potatoes start to brown on top.

Set the casserole on your table and quickly back away as a feeding frenzy ensues.
