Spring Vegetable Pie

So yum­my you won’t mind how healthy it is.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 12 cup milk
  • 1 cup shred­ded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pack­age frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 pack­age spring veg­etable soup, dip, and recipe mix
  • 1 9‑inch frozen deep dish pie crust

Pre­heat oven and bak­ing sheet to 350°.

In large bowl, beat eggs light­ly with wire whisk. Blend in milk, cheese, spinach, and recipe mix. Pour into frozen pie crust.

Bake on bak­ing sheet for 50 min­utes or until knife insert­ed in the cen­ter comes out clean.
