- 4 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 package spring vegetable soup, dip, and recipe mix
- 1 9‑inch frozen deep dish pie crust
Preheat oven and baking sheet to 350°.
In large bowl, beat eggs lightly with wire whisk. Blend in milk, cheese, spinach, and recipe mix. Pour into frozen pie crust.
Bake on baking sheet for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
