- Ingredients:
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1⁄3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 3⁄4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tbsp. white or yellow miso paste
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds
In a food processor, mix all ingredients.
You don’t have to use this just for a dressing; it also makes a great marinade for salmon or cod.
