Honey Lime Dressing

No, we won’t be putting the lime in a coconut.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 14 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. hon­ey
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 gar­lic clove
  • 18 tsp. papri­ka

Purée all ingre­di­ents, place in an air­tight con­tain­er and let the fla­vors com­bine in the fridge for at least a cou­ple of hours; overnight is even bet­ter.

This dress­ing is El Yum­mo on taco sal­ad and black beans. Omit the gar­lic* for a fresh fruit sal­ad dress­ing.

*I can’t even begin to tell you how hard it was to type “omit the gar­lic”!
