If you don’t like cilantro, this recipe is not for you. But then again, if you don’t like cilantro you should check yourself into a psych ward.
- 16 oz. salsa verde
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper
Pureé everything but the salt and pepper; then salt and pepper to taste.
This works for salads and also tastes great on fish tacos or quesadillas.
