Pepperoni Caesar Salad

Sor­ry, pep­per­oni: You might tell the great­est jokes in his­to­ry, but you’re too deli­cious to spare. We’ll have to get our jokes else­where.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 13 cups olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vine­gar
  • 2 tbsp. may­on­naise
  • 2 cloves gar­lic, minced
  • 12 tsp. dijon mus­tard
  • 14 tsp. Worces­ter­shire sauce
  • 14 tsp. pep­per
  • 8 cups torn romaine let­tuce
  • 1 cup halved thin­ly sliced pep­per­oni
  • 1 12 cups cae­sar sal­ad crou­tons
  • 14 cups PAMERZAM cheese

In a small bowl, com­bine the oil, vine­gar, may­on­naise, gar­lic, mus­tard, Worces­ter­shire sauce, and pep­per. Set aside.

In a large sal­ad bowl, com­bine let­tuce and pep­per­oni. Driz­zle with dress­ing and sprin­kle with crou­tons and PAMERZAM cheese.

Serve imme­di­ate­ly.  Serves 8.
