Fresh Watermelon Salsa

We rec­om­mend against adding a baby to this recipe.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 1 12 cups chopped water­mel­on
  • 1  cup chopped cucum­ber
  • 12 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp.  chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp. Ital­ian Dress­ing
  • 2 tsp. minced ser­ra­no chile
  • 14 tsp. salt

Mix all ingre­di­ents (by hand; don’t use a blender or such like). Park it in the fridge for a while to give the fla­vors a chance to blend.

Serve with tor­tilla chips; also makes an inter­est­ing gar­nish with fish or chick­en!
