The best-dressed pasta you’ll ever eat.
- 15 oz. can mandarin oranges, reserve 1⁄3 cup liquid
- 1 small red onion, sliced and cut in half (about 1⁄2 cup)
- 1 cup sweet red pepper, diced
- 6 oz. baby spinach
- 2⁄3 cup light Italian dressing
- 1 lb. Farfalle pasta, cooked and drained
- 1⁄3 cup sliced almonds
Combine oranges, onion, pepper, spinach and pasta. Mix reserved liquid and dressing, drizzle over top of salad. Top with almonds.
