Farfalle Fresca

The best-dressed pas­ta you’ll ever eat.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 15 oz. can man­darin oranges, reserve 13 cup liq­uid
  • 1 small red onion, sliced and cut in half (about 12 cup)
  • 1 cup sweet red pep­per, diced
  • 6 oz. baby spinach
  • 23 cup light Ital­ian dress­ing
  • 1 lb. Far­falle pas­ta, cooked and drained
  • 13 cup sliced almonds

Com­bine oranges, onion, pep­per, spinach and pas­ta. Mix reserved liq­uid and dress­ing, driz­zle over top of sal­ad. Top with almonds.
