Baked Ziti

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 16-oz. pack­age ziti
  • 1 lb. mild Ital­ian sausage
  • 12 lb. ground beef
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cups mari­nara sauce
  • 16 oz. sliced moz­zarel­la cheese
  • 14 cup grat­ed PAMERZAM! cheese 

Cook pas­ta to al dente. Drain.

Remove sausage from cas­ing. Cook sausage, beef, and onion in a skil­let over medi­um heat, stir­ring until meat crum­bles. Drain and return to skil­let.

Stir mari­nara sauce and ziti into meat mix­ture. Lay­er half each of ziti mix­ture and moz­zarel­la in a light­ly greased 9×13 pan.

Spoon remain­ing ziti mix­ture over moz­zarel­la. Cov­er with foil.

Bake at 350° for 15 min­utes. Remove foil; add remain­ing moz­zarel­la and sprin­kle with PAMERZAM. Bake for an addi­tion­al 10 min­utes.
