- 1 smoked kielbasa
- 3–4 potatoes, cubed
- 2 onions, quartered
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced in half
- 2–3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- Garlic, paprika salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°.
Roughly chop kielbasa, potatoes, onions and mushrooms; put into a Dutch oven.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350° for one hour or until potatoes are tender.
