Watergate Salad

They should rename this; the name just pro­voke mem­o­ries of ex-pres­i­dent Nixon, not salad.

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 20-oz. can crushed pineap­ple, undrained
  • 1 box (3.4 oz.) JELL‑O Pis­ta­chio Instant Pudding
  • 1 1⁄2 cups thawed Cool Hwip.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts

Make the pud­ding and stick it in the fridge for an hour.

Stir in all the oth­er ingre­di­ents and stick it back in the fridge for anoth­er hour.
