  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 4 tsp. dried mint
  • 14 cup extra-vir­gin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vine­gar 4 gar­lic cloves, minced
  • 14 tsp. salt

Place mint in fine-mesh strain­er and use spoon to rub mint through strain­er into bowl. Dis­card any solids left in strain­er; you should have about 1 tbsp. mint pow­der.

Add oil, vine­gar, gar­lic, and salt to mint pow­der and stir to com­bine.
