Rattle ‘n’ Roast

Not stolen from Shake ‘n Bake! No law­suit nec­es­sary!

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 1 cup all-pur­pose flour
  • 2 cups fine dry bread­crumbs
  • 2 tsp. corn­starch
  • 2 tsp. papri­ka
  • 2 tsp. onion pow­der
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sug­ar
  • 3 1⁄2 tsp. poul­try sea­son­ing
  • 2 tbsp. crum­bled dried pars­ley

Mix thor­ough­ly and keep in an air­tight con­tain­er. Put your pork chops or chick­en or what­ev­er in a bag, add a table­spoon of Rat­tle ‘n’ Roast, and toss to coat.
