- 28 oz. frozen hash browns
- 1 lb. fully cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into 1⁄4 inch slices
- 1 can (10 3⁄4 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup water
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 4–6 servings
