Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

The oat­meal can­cels out the choco­late, so there are no calo­ries in these cook­ies. Science!

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 23 cup butter
  • 23 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 12 cup oatmeal
  • 1 12 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. bak­ing soda
  • 12 tsp. salt
  • 6 oz. pack­age craisins
  • 23 cup white choco­late chips

Pre­heat oven to 375°.

Mix togeth­er but­ter and sug­ar. Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended.

Com­bine oats, flour, bak­ing soda, and salt.

Add to but­ter mix­ture in sev­er­al addi­tions, mix­ing well each time. Stir in craisins and white choco­late chips.

Drop by round­ed spoon­fuls onto ungreased cook­ie sheets. Bake 10–12 min­utes or until browned. Cool on wire rack.

Makes 3 dozen cookies.
