Fish ‘n’ Chips

You can’t argue with Some Guy.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 1 tsp. bak­ing soda
  • 2 tbsp. oil 
  • 1 12 cups beer
  • 2 12 cups flour
  • 12 cup whole milk
  • 2 egg whites beat­en
  • Coarse sea salt

Mix all ingre­di­ents except egg whites and salt.

Fold in egg whites until the bat­ter is fluffy. Let the bat­ter stand 30 min­utes before using.

Dip fish fil­lets in bat­ter and fry at 365° for 6 to 8 min­utes. Drain and serve.
