Cinnamon Twisted Nuts

Don’t let the name scare you, gen­tle­men. These are yum­my!

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 2 tubes, 8 oz. each, reduced fat cres­cent rolls
  • 2 tbsp. reduced fat stick mar­garine
  • 14 cup packed brown sug­ar
  • 1 tbsp. ground cin­na­mon
  • 13 cup fine­ly chopped wal­nuts

Unroll both tubes of rolls, press per­fo­ra­tions and seams togeth­er to form two rec­tan­gles.

Spread with mar­garine. Com­bine brown sug­ar and cin­na­mon; sprin­kle over the dough. Sprin­kle with wal­nuts.

Fold each rec­tan­gle in half, start­ing from a short side. Cut each into 8 strips. Twist each strip and tie into a knot.

Place on ungreased cook­ie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10–12 min­utes or until gold­en brown. Serve warm.
