All the chocolate in this makes Willy Wonka green with envy.

You can't argue with science.
- 1st layer:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix and press into 9×13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Remove and let cool.
- 2nd Layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cool Hwip (save some more for later, too)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar at medium. Fold in Cool Hwip and spread over first layer.
- 3rd Layer:
- 2 3‑oz. packages of instant pudding (I like chocolate but you can use vanilla or key lime or whatever you like)
- 3 cups whole milk, very cold
- 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
Mix ingredients gently and spoon over first two layers. Top with remaining Cool Hwip and refrigerate.
Optional:
Shave some chocolate on top.
