Asian Sloppy Joes

Not THAT slop­py!

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 1 34 lb. ground turkey
  • 8 oz. toma­to sauce
  • 3 tbsp. hoisen sauce
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 14 tsp. red pep­per flakes
  • 2 tbsp. rice wine vine­gar
  • 1 tbsp. gar­lic pow­der
  • 12 tsp. ground gin­ger
  • Scal­lions for gar­nish

Brown ground turkey in skil­let. Add the rest of the ingre­di­ents. Sim­mer, cov­ered for 10 min­utes, stir­ring occa­sion­al­ly. Serve on buns with scal­lions to gar­nish.
