Not THAT sloppy!
- Ingredients:
- 1 3⁄4 lb. ground turkey
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp. hoisen sauce
- 3 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1⁄4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground ginger
- Scallions for garnish
Brown ground turkey in skillet. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer, covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns with scallions to garnish.
Makes 6 servings.
