Don’t go messin’ wit da Rigatoni family!
- Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Rigatoni
- 2 unpeeled cucumbers, sliced
- 2 red onions, sliced thin
- 1 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 cup salad oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
Cook pasta and drain. Combine all ingredients and stir, then refrigerate. Stir occasionally to help the sugar dissolve and keep the pasta from sticking together. Make at least 8 hours in advance of serving.
