Zesty Italian Noodle Skillet

Not that kind of zest.

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 14 1/2‑oz. cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves gar­lic, minced
  • 4.5 sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small yel­low onion

Cook egg noo­dles in salt­ed water.

Light­ly brown sausage in 2 tsp. oil in a skil­let. Drain.

Stir in diced toma­toes,  gar­lic, onion, and mush­rooms. Cook 5 min­utes, stir­ring ocassionally.

Add noo­dles. Heat through.

Serves 6.
