Rigatoni Pasta Salad

Don’t go messin’ wit da Riga­toni fam­i­ly!

  • Ingre­di­ents:
  • 16 oz. Riga­toni
  • 2 unpeeled cucum­bers, sliced
  • 2 red onions, sliced thin
  • 1 14 cup red wine vine­gar
  • 1 12 cup sal­ad oil
  • 1 cup sug­ar
  • 2 tsp. gar­lic salt
  • 2 tsp. pep­per
  • 2 tsp. pars­ley flakes

Cook pas­ta and drain. Com­bine all ingre­di­ents and stir, then refrig­er­ate. Stir occa­sion­al­ly to help the sug­ar dis­solve and keep the pas­ta from stick­ing togeth­er. Make at least 8 hours in advance of serv­ing.
