- 14-oz. can of green beans
- 14-oz. can of white wax beans
- 14-oz. can of garbanzo beans
- 14-oz. can of kidney beans
- 1 red onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
Open the cans of beans and dump them into a colander to drain.
Chop up the bell pepper; finely chop the onion.
Put everything in a covered container. Turn it over a few times and shake until everything’s combined. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
